These Terms govern your use of reachscreens.ca and the services provided by Reach Media Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Alberta corporation operating under the trading name Reach Screens. By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services
We provide advertising and business services, including indoor digital screen advertising and AI-assisted phone answering, appointment booking, and follow-up services for businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for paid services are set out in the quote, proposal, or order you agree to with us, which forms part of these Terms.
Using this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape or reuse its content without our permission. Content on this site is owned by Reach Media Inc. or its licensors.
SMS and text messaging
Your SMS consent is not shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.
By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Reach Media Inc. Consent is collected separately for transactional messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to enquiries, onboarding, account, billing, and service notifications) and for marketing messages (offers and promotions). Neither consent is a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Age restriction (18+)
Our services and our SMS messaging program are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, to provide us with a phone number, or to consent to receive text messages from us. By using our services or opting in to receive messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to, collect information from, or send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and remove the number from our messaging program.
Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and terms are set out in your quote or order. Subscription services renew and bill automatically until cancelled in accordance with your agreement. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a service in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable quote or order. Cancelling does not waive amounts already due for services provided.
Your responsibilities
Where we provide services on your behalf — such as answering calls or messaging your customers — you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you supply, for holding the rights to any content you give us, and for ensuring your own use of those services complies with applicable law, including obtaining any consents required to contact your customers.
Availability and disclaimer
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
